Uttarakhand Chaukori Hill Station
In the state of Uttarakhand of India is a small hill station named Chaukori that is located of district of Pithoragarh. It is surrounded with the Himalayan Range on the western that are part of Kumaon Division. Tibet is of the north of the hill station and of the south of the hill station is Terai. A village that is just 10 kms from Chaukori hill station is the Berinag village. This village has numerous mountains covered with snow. The former name of this place was Bedinag because of the temples dedicated to the snake is part of this village. The village also produces the superior quality of tea. The surroundings of the Berinag have dense forests and there is also huge vegetation that surrounds the village. The numerous waterfalls around the village make this place more beautiful. The village is also famous for its flora and fauna.

Though the weather of Chaukori is pleasant throughout the year but the favorable time to visit this place through March till June and another time is from September till November. The people can come and relax here as this is a silent place.
